To flee absolutely! I deposited a costume of great brand and I recovered it damaged and shrunk, mismatched in sum (edges of the jacket tapered and eliminated, color without shine, costume without any outfit). The employee argued of the so-called quality of the costume, at a discount according to her, although it cost me nearly 1000 euros and I never saw such damage when I entrusted it to my usual laundry in my city of residence (Séquoia in Paris - I was on vacation in Toulouse). To flee without any hesitation !!!

It's been several times that I bring costumes and they come back damaged (seams, bad behavior of the fabric, marks of iron, ...): before my complaints, they invoke a problem of quality of my costumes or by this that I did not pay their extra "after" out of my suits are unbranded brand, ...
