My Paris-Toulouse move went very well, with a team of 2 professional movers, punctual and attentive. I had trouble comparing the different offers from movers but very happy with my choice :-)

Very bad after-sales service which denies deteriorations of the movers. I do not recommend this company, the employees are in bad faith when there are problems ... we are very disappointed by these behaviors, or we do not answer e-mails, you have to call several times to get responses from people, really very disappointed! especially the person in charge of the after-sales service and a certain Naim, who recognized the facts with us but no longer recognized them when I made a complaint to the after-sales service, as if by chance ... We had already called on them in 2016, it went well I wanted to recommend this company to other members of my family but I will not ... We are now continuing our complaint procedures with our legal assistance

A move from Val de Marne to Haute Garonne on July 16 and unloading on July 17, 2020 and which went very well overall. A great team with very nice ELOY and MIGUEL, who will have worked with professionalism. Thank you to them and to OFRADEM Toulouse for this service which will have totally satisfied us.

To flee absolutely! Since the delivery of our move in July 2019, the sending of registered letters (including two of our legal protection) of multiple calls, emails, the after-sales service still does not respond. Always apologies, he is abroad, he is absent, he will call you back ... The management service cannot also answer us, they are absent ... In short, still nothing. List of deteriorated furniture and objects; * 2 dressers / 1 cot / 1 poster and 1 torn book / 2 lampshades pushed in ... Lost * 1 cardboard book which they totally reject the fault when they are the ones who packed everything. In addition, when using the freight elevator for loading, the wall of the building was pushed in, something which is not very visible but which damaged the facade and the use of the roller shutter. On delivery, no member of the team who carried out the removal. They had to urgently call in reinforcements. In addition, the freight elevator which was canceled on delivery would have been of great help to the delivery team. A vague email a few months ago offering us 100 € but nothing. Benefit around 5500 € all the same. This company totally lacks professionalism, it does not care about the satisfaction of its customers once the payment has been made. Just unacceptable.
