It was my first time going through professional movers and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The reception at the offices was exceptional and I had all the information I needed very quickly. Everything went as planned for the move. The communication was reliable from A to Z. And not a single thing broken on arrival, although I hadn't bothered to take the rearview mirror off my bike, for example, and I was worried about a small incident, because it's fragile. But no. Everything arrived intact and on time. Thank you very much: you made my installation in Toulouse all the more pleasant.

The move was satisfactory but the after-sales service was catastrophic.
The movers kept the keys elsewhere and we had the greatest difficulty in recovering them. The after-sales service is very unpleasant and "does not have time" to deal with the problems ... too bad. We do not recommend and will use other movers for other times.
Excellent quality / price ratio for a complex equation at the start: loading at 2 distant places, Toulouse and the high Pyrenees, then delivery to Quimper. Listening and helpful staff, both in the office and in the field. I recommend this excellent professional.
