It was my first time going through professional movers and I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. The reception at the offices was exceptional and I had all the information I needed very quickly. Everything went as planned for the move. The communication was reliable from A to Z. And not a single thing broken on arrival, although I hadn't bothered to take the rearview mirror off my bike, for example, and I was worried about a small incident, because it's fragile. But no. Everything arrived intact and on time. Thank you very much: you made my installation in Toulouse all the more pleasant.

Warning ! The move was satisfactory but the after-sales service was catastrophic. The movers kept the keys elsewhere and we had the greatest difficulty in recovering them. The after-sales service is very unpleasant and "does not have time" to deal with the problems ... too bad. We do not recommend and will use other movers for other times.
