DISASTERS! Order form validated on 07/18/2020 with immediate request for payment of a deposit of 30%. Final validation of the project on 05/09/2020 for final appointment of the measurements. Many reminders from me to have an appointment which finally took place at the end of October. No news until 11/23 to tell me that the order was not finally placed and that the initial deadline could not be met. The salesperson forces me to sign a new order form on 11/24 when it does not suit me ("I absolutely need your voucher for agreement before noon to validate the manufacture"), new delivery date postponed to 27 / 01 and no confirmed date for installation ... I am therefore forced to sign before 12 noon otherwise the delay will be worse !! I fell naked but I panic because my notice is fast approaching on 12/31. The next day, 25/11, the craftsman checks the measurements for the plumbing and electricity modifications. The measurements are wrong and everything must be changed! We must therefore place a new order with no commitment of time when my notice comes in a month. It is too much for me I ask the 26/11 the end of this fiasco and the reimbursement of my deposit because I no longer have confidence and especially I need a kitchen as soon as possible. Since then, despite multiple reminders at the store and at the head office, I have had no news. This is my first real estate project and I am disgusted by the lack of respect for the client on the part of AVIVA. It's a shame. They show contempt, total indifference, and have no respect for customer satisfaction despite admitting that they have "fucked up". The salesperson talks to me in a familiar manner and threatens me by saying "she is going to relax me"; I am stunned and shocked. The point of no return has been reached; I will not let myself go and assert my rights. A word of advice: run away from this store!

We recommend this kitchen designer for the quality of the service and his professionalism, in particular Anthony who was able to listen to our desires while respecting our budget. We are delighted with the result and will not hesitate to call on their service again.

My kitchen is beautiful but not finished, 2 months after installation, the plate is still not functional. After putting € 17,000 in the kitchen, I realize that I don't have the drawer mats. The factory does not want to give me a present despite the delays to finish my kitchen. Anti commercial!
