I put a star because I am obliged to put a review but these places do not even deserve a star. Fly and wasp all the way Having come to the Marie Blachère Soissons store last week, I saw Boulanger picking up baguettes of bread on the floor and putting them back on their carpet. Then this place is absolutely not clean, seeing the back floor and the condition of the room. I was in the client room one afternoon and saw the Boulangers scratching their stump on their own and I think it's mold that's falling out. I'm partially familiar with baking. I find this unacceptable then I have looked at several reviews on you and there are not necessarily good reviews on your Bakery I do not understand that the hygiene services do not close this bakery. I then learned from an employee formerly Marie Blachere that butterflies form in the devices to make bread

Hello, Today, presence of flies in quantities ... Is it a hygiene problem? Certainly ! Whether it is the floors, the back shop and the shelves ... The sellers wear their masks under their nose and less than 1 in 4 doors of the gloves! They scroll the customers as if we even the customers were merchandise, it's very unpleasant ... As for the products sold, the pie crusts are hard and tasteless (artisanal) and the creams are preserves. Saw a whole batch of overcooked pizza put on display ... Admittedly, I am only an occasional customer, but I have seen things deteriorate. I wanted to believe that with a few kind remarks things would get better but they didn't. It's been going on for too long. How can they lock themselves in such a functioning, in such a way I don't care ... It's getting worse and worse! They won't see me again !!!

Pizzas bought by 4 and put in non-hermetic sachets ... results of oil all over the clothes. Thank you Marie Blachere for saving the old boxes of 4 pizzas!

Served quickly but certainly cool reception. No bag to take my sandwich dessert drink formula .... The quality is average, it is edible but I am disappointed dessert. The apple pie is hard! I was tempted to make other products, I have made myself abstained. I will return if married blachere is the ultimate solution!
