Good evening, Small problem that has just happened to us. We were in the line of the class (at the intersection between the 2 islands of checkouts). The customer in front of us had just left the checkout so we headed for this checkout. However, the cashier (I don't know her name but she had a shrill voice) told us in a not very friendly way to turn back because according to her we had not been in line. She didn't want to know anything. We have re-lined up. Strangely, she made someone come after us in the queue (no reason for card or cash). I think it would be nice to put a rope or something similar so that this problem does not happen again. Otherwise it would be nice to make 2 separate queues. One for the right island and the other for the left. Thank you for your understanding.

We had to deal with an adviser named Patrick, it is one of the rare times that I have to deal with an adviser, pleasant, considerate and efficient! A rare thing in "mainstream" DIY stores. This employee makes you want to come back!

Magasin où l’on a l’impression de déranger certaines vendeuses qui passent plus de temps sur leur téléphone perso et non le smartphone pro ( réseaux sociaux application Snapchat ) qu’à écouter et prendre en charge les demandes des clients ! Une honte pas du tout professionnel, une remise à niveau sur certaines règles au travail est indispensable ....
