To go to the simplest .... The transporter is not even 45min from my home. They have the goods, but no, we don't deliver the same day. Even to accommodate people. Tomorrow is a public holiday, therefore Thursday, in short, not very commercial or friendly, the person on the phone. I do not recommend at all.

Good evening my opinion does not concern a delivery but an unloading in a semi trailer at the agency of Villeneuve-saint-germain
Delivery scheduled Monday morning, delivery at 9:10.
The driver was super nice, he put my package (heavy and bulky) in my garage.
In view of previous reviews I was afraid for my order, I will not have the bus because very serious.
And staff on the phone for taking appointment very friendly too.
I recommend.
June 24, 2019: Either delivery in the morning, it is 13h and still no delivery. I call the standard, no one answers. In short I break, because I feel they will make me wait a whole day for nothing, and frankly I hate waiting (especially for nothing).
