I am lucky to have this great Pastry chef very close to my home.
For several years I have appreciated the quality of the products.
Rum babas are particularly recommended for amateurs.

Being a client of this pastry shop for quite a year and in addition a former professional, I have never been disappointed with this dessert which is always excellent and always very fresh, one of the best Patisserie in the region.
Cakes that were at least 3 weeks old, hard as a rock with hair pressed against the cakes !! Very nice showcase but then really that the showcase not to push the door unfortunately
