3 Brasseurs Saint Etienne

Table reserved on October 17 at 1 p.m., very nice waitress, very pleasant setting, drinks are served fairly quickly, however, the ordering of the dishes does not arrive. After half an hour the waitress tells us that it will be a little longer the kitchens do not follow ...... at 2 p.m. order taken (on our insistence) to be treated urgently, .... .14h20 still nothing, we leave after 1h20 of waiting without having eaten. That day a lot of people were refused after 1:30 pm because of a problem in the kitchen (according to the waitress) and among those who were seated a certain number left without eating. Lack of staff in the kitchen, problem of organization. ....... this is not a good point for this restaurant and according to the other comments it seems that the problem is recurring. A note all the same the drinks were offered.

Very disappointed ... appetizer poor in quantity and quality, a very varied menu (too much with the recoil) but not up to the descriptions, desserts of a disconcerting simplicity, and even the sauce on fries is an extra ! Just cooking a piece of meat is a challenge in the kitchen ... Beer is good, but it's nowhere near enough. In the same style of restaurant, there is much better in Saint-Etienne and for a more correct budget. Fortunately the service was very good.

Sincerely no complaints. What a positive thing about the decoration, the meal, the service and the price. Everything was on top! I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back to eat there without worry. Little special attention to the waiters Kévin and Robin who gave us a great time! Go quickly 🥳😍

We ate well, good and in quantity. The beers are good. Friendly and intentional staff. Beautiful setting with a nice little truck. Top quality / price ratio. We had a great evening.

Beautiful establishment, the welcome and the atmosphere are warm. Our hostess was very nice. Regarding the dishes: fairly fast, well presented and in sufficient quantity, value for money justified. Only downside this restaurant has only 2 toilets for adults and it's mixed, the floors, toilet seats and small sinks not very clean.
