I leave this dealership almost instantly. Mixed report. I am looking for a car purchase. Interested in a golf course, I enter the concession. There a customer in front of me in discussion with a named Nathalie, very kind. Apparently for a vehicle delivery after repair. A safety line prevents us from accessing the show room. In the latter, a man, probably the manager, with a client. Is. The room is maybe 300 M2. Three clients including me. So I wait ten minutes without taking charge and then reacts. I am then allowed to enter the show room. Then the manager shows me the new Golf, updates the description, opens the vehicle to me and logically leaves to finish its sale. I wait about ten minutes then leave the concession. Before posting I read the reviews. Many report repairs, few vehicle sales. Maybe a strategic choice for this concession? I went to view the other VW dealerships, the one towards Etrat has opinions on vehicle sales and less on repairs. I live in the valley. I wanted to employ a dealership not far from my home. I am very hesitant to buy from him. Less to repair my future vehicle ...

A star so as not to put zero! Extremely disappointed with my visit to Volkswagen in St Chamond which was for me well known but which is rather to be avoided! Having made an appointment for a parallelism, I was asked to leave the vehicle for a day. At the end of the day I was contacted to tell me that he had not had time to do it and that he could do it the next day or two, something that I refused. So I decided to come and pick up my vehicle and make an appointment later, I was told that there was no problem and to come and pick it up before 6 p.m. Arrived at 5.15 p.m. I found my vehicle in the workshop so they decided otherwise, according to the workshop they were not aware that I was coming to pick up my vehicle, so there is no communication between them and that in a small garage! A shame! In addition, the parallelism has been attacked without being finished, no positive adjustment, it is even worse! Dangerous to take the road like that, I give up ... the car will go elsewhere.

Unfortunately a little too much in tune with the times: "the salesperson is not there but he will call you back". And then he never calls back, it's the new notion of the customer ...

We bought a Golf in this dealership! We were very well received, I am customers of other brands, and I was not so well received ... I highly recommend this dealership and Mr RANVOISE, no surprises, description of the vehicle and the options! Thank you.

Welcome bof bof not even a smile or even offered a coffee when they want .. Repair done in half, I do not recommend going to Saint-Chamond .. It was better before.
