Incompetent and dishonest to avoid !!! Have filed on two separate occasions our 4x4 for an illuminated "engine" lighted on the dashboard and low temperature starting problems (the vehicle starts but acceleration impossible). Once the vehicle warm, everything comes back in order after a restart (to reset) even if the "engine" light remains on. First visit at Benmeleh, a suitcase shot but impossible to find the fault. You still pay for your suit despite their ineffectiveness. Second visit several months later (the bp was manageable in summer but becoming more and more systematic), we let them the vehicle several weeks, so many cold starts possible, failure is said to be identified, it is the accelerator pedal . They replaced it, problem unchanged. There all the muddy explanations of the world (for 3-day rabbits ndrl) are invented to convince us that it is perhaps wiser to change car: it may be the ECU, the electric harness, blah blah . I tell them not acceptable to have paid the day before for a diagnosis (the famous case) and a replacement of room that was useless. No response from MADAME Menmeleh while "Romain" says to see with her ... Courier reco, but nothing done. To love would be a very big word because there is never going to be joy in carrying your vehicle for repair. However, the job is well done and the staff is friendly.
