Hello to all future smart customers, RUN AWAY !!! I carried out a leasing on 06/2018 and the seller, Mr. Sébastien Mendez, sold me a "super" insurance which covered EVERYTHING (Theft, reimbursement of rents, reimbursement of contributions), in short, of the DREAM. My vehicle has been stolen and guess what the super insurance he sells doesn't live up to his words. It’s a breach of trust. So dear people who read my post, look elsewhere maybe there are honest sellers but you certainly won't find them at Smart or at least in the person of this gentleman because I don't know the others, and I will tell you spares the manager who tries to cover the actions of his salesperson. In short, BE CAREFUL of their fine words, they would sell father and mother for their miserable commission.
