I put only one star because it is the minimum I can put otherwise I would have put a small - 5 stars. Rotten company, badly advised, they try to trick you on the prices, the person in charge is never there…. I come to them on behalf of their supplier (PLASTOR), the salesperson more exactly, to order products. I had all the exact references of the products to order in a 5L can, I called to order and there, I was told that they will not take an order by such because they do not know what I need (so that I give them quantity and exact ref). 1st surprise Suddenly I pass and a person takes me the order (Mr V.), naturally I ask for the prices and there I am told 115.00 € TTC / 5L (intensive cleaner) and 95.00 € TTC / 5L (parquet cleaner), and that 'he gave me 20% more discount (pro discount) and that usually he made + 20% to individuals. When I get home I check the prices on the net, and there the 2nd surprise: 45.00 € TTC / 5L (intensive cleaner) and 40.00 € TTC / 5L (parquet cleaner)… Like what we don't care about my face I call Mr. V. who says ok, I line up and he orders the products, which are supposed to arrive within 1 week. I call to find out if it still hasn't happened, so I let 2 more weeks go by and call back, someone tells me we haven't received anything from PLASTOR, I still wait 1 week and try to reach Mr V. but never available because it finishes at 5:00 pm (before its employees) I finally manage to have it and there it tells me but it happened for 2 weeks…. 3rd surprise. Well luckily he tells me there will be compensation. So I come by the next day, before 5:00 p.m. (4:45 p.m. exactly), of course, Mr. V. was not there, for compensation his colleague tries to reach him but cannot get him. So I'm leaving because I had an appointment afterwards. The next day, I call Mr V. again so that he can clearly indicate the prices to his colleague on the cans because I will come back the same evening but of course he tells me but I saw you yesterday, I was there. Well he had to come see me if he was there since he knew why I was coming, plus his colleague assured me he wasn't there. Good the same evening I pass and the icing on the cake, no price on the cans (5th surprise) and of course at 5:00 pm no more Mr V. by insisting a bit we manage to have it we agree on a price, I pay and take the cans, and then ……… .. 6th surprise, instead of having 1 can of 5L I have 1L cans and in addition not even 5 but only 4, so not enough product for the construction site…. So in the end and conclusion on the box, Mr. V. (who I deduce is the boss) is absolutely not a pro, sea service ..., moreover they try to tease you on the tariffs, etc ... I advise against it and clearly they are rotten.
