Le Club LED

Looked on internet to find a company who specifically sold Optonica 1938 replacement spot light bulbs. I couldn’t source any in the UK. I found out Le Club LED had them in stock, website easy to use even though I have no French language, price excellent and shipping costs were fantastic. The pack of 10 units arrived very quickly, boxed well and were perfect. Will certainly use Le Club LED in the future and give them 10/10.

I bought 5 ceiling lights with motion detector from you. I would have liked to give 5 stars but all the instructions were in English and German. I sent an email to Pierre Charpentier asking him to send me one in French. Unfortunately my request was probably dismissed because I received nothing. It is a shame to have a correct product and good logistics and that these qualities are destroyed by negligence and nonconformities that you should not accept from your suppliers. Do not tell me that the manual is superfluous because how you will explain each box is accompanied by 4 pages in English and 4 in German.

Perfect phone advice. RAS reception. The products give me complete satisfaction. Small flat, LED controller manual in English, you need to integrate a French translation on your website. Watch out for the competition, some do!

I ordered a warm white exterior lighting kit. The product reached me 3 days after the order was confirmed. Very good value for money. Customer service is very responsive and attentive. You can go there with your eyes closed.

The light rendering is exactly what I was looking for, fast delivery. On the other hand, 2 LEDs out of the 10 ordered have the glass which is no longer stuck to the bulb, I don't know if this is dangerous. One arrived as it was, the other came off when it was placed on the support. Small weakness on this point of glue that we guess very small.
