Ford custom purchase first phone contact I have them a very friendly seller listening after many research I thought it was a scam because the unbeatable price honestly I do not hesitate long after a deposit to block the vehicle. Picked me up at the station really very happy because very nice they had other Ford and all sold so thank you and I recommend without hesitation good luck to the whole team😊

I am happy with my vehicle, however the service is disastrous: - We had arranged an appointment 15 days in advance for the delivery of the vehicle, confirmed the day before and the same morning, and the garage was closed when I arrived. I had to wait 1h15 for a colleague of the owner to open me up and do the administrative procedures. The owner did not answer my phone ("gone shopping") but answered his colleague immediately. He arrived at the end of the transaction. - I waited several weeks for the gray card (6 weeks after delivery of the vehicle) and restart at the very least ten times for the steps to be taken. - The date of the technical control had passed to make the registration document, although I had alerted to this risk (as the delivery took place after confinement). I had to go and do the technical control myself, then I had to re-launch many times for it to be reimbursed. - The tools to change the wheels in the vehicle are missing and they refuse to provide them to me ("all our vehicles are delivered with this essential kit" I am told, but it is totally false). Until the end I am unhappy with the service and there is a total lack of consideration.

Very happy with my purchase in this garage. Very serious . They delivered my car to me and issued my crisis card. I am delighted
