Hello I went to Renault for my clio which had a problem with changing the gearbox, I explained my problem to the technician by asking for a gearbox change, he replied that the manufacturer recommends lifetime lubrication and that he had to change the gearbox. I re-leveled the gearbox myself and noticed that 2 liters of oil was missing due to a slight leak from the oil seal. Now it is working wonderfully.
