Used C3 purchase from another dealership: the day of delivery despite the so-called planned preparation we notice scratches on the sill which will be repaired after having nevertheless to insist then on returning I noticed an impact on the roof rebelote reminder sending photos recovery appointment bodywork workshop 6 weeks later ... the day before I learned that the loan vehicle is paying then I am informed that I have to pay for the fuel to cover 6km in all! it is obviously out of the question I would ultimately win my case but how much time wasted for an ultra mixed report on this concession I do not recommend it at all no communication between the different departments the customer is taken for a ball or a pigeon optionally, I just clear the sales representative who did her job but that will be the only positive point and in the end it's not much

I am a craftsman my vehicle broke down in the morning HS cardan shaft. Vehicle leave in the morning to recover in the evening. Service and staff at the top reactive and at your disposal I recommend this concession for their professionalism. Thanks to the whole team.

This three stars because the seller was very otin, my daughter still bought a car for almost € 17,000 but this seller was very unpleasant, going so far as to say that my daughter was bothering him. No gesture, no pleasant words. Fortunately, the lady for the papers and the gentleman who explained all the possibilities of the vehicle to us were very pleasant and smiling.

A year ago we bought a new car from them, after a year the service has to be done, we are going back to them, since the car is under warranty, car immobilized for 1 day. I ask for a courtesy car for the day and there I am told that the cars cost 20 euros per day. Especially when at the time of the purchase that the salesperson told me that they lent me a car without worry. I find that unacceptable !!! Once the warranty is over, for sure I will not return to them !!!!
