Really very friendly staff. The welcome is warm. I am a loyal customer, but I regret the discontinuation of the production of rag dolls. Let me explain: in this store you could find dolls made with three tea towels and a washcloth which were absolutely adorable and which made inexpensive gifts appreciated by all. Obviously the management decided that this was damaging its brand image 😡 Cruel mistake
