Terrible no coordination deposit drivers. I stood there waiting for my delivery. And given the comments I am worried about the future ... I do not know if I will be able to recover my machine. You just have to go to the depot. It's scandalous, I will mainly check the condition of the equipment. They are unable to give a day and an hour of delivery, how to do if we work. No Saturday delivery.

Very poor customer service. Unable to contact me (foreign mobile number) they did nothing to obtain other contact details from the supplier. Appointment finally fixed but delivery not made as agreed.

Impressed ! After receiving a package by Heppner transport, I asked the website to collect it from the depot directly. The site tells me that it is open until 1 p.m. Unfortunately I arrive there and a sign tells me that it is only open until 12:30 p.m. I enter and the very kind secretary calls the branch manager to see if they can deliver the package to me. He accepts and very kind, I go to the depot and together we looked for the package. Once found, I docked with my vehicle and we loaded it. Very professional and nice to have given me my package during lunch break hours and to have helped me and above all to have been nice and smiling. Thank you to the Heppner La Farlède team, a gesture of great class!

Making an appointment and serious delivery man: I was contacted for the appointment. The delivery "instructions" have been observed. The deliveryman warned me that the delivery would take place the next day as planned, (if not possible before 3 p.m.). He called me in the middle of the morning to tell me that the delivery would take place around 3:30 p.m. He called me back a few minutes before arriving, and the delivery went well. Compared to GLS, it's day and night! PS: the delivery man is "subcontractor" therefore a good one. It should also be mentioned when people work well.

No. 3 weeks they have my package without delivering to me. Unable to reach them. They don't contact us either. A simple message on the site stating that if I do not have my package next Friday I must join them. It is Sunday. One more week.
