Strong price, poor service and bad faith characterize our experience with this company. Seduced by the professionalism and the kindness of the salesman (Mr. COLSON), we had a lot of disillusionment during the move. The invoiced services were not all executed. Dispatching cartons not respected, furniture not reassembled ... The garden chest and the broken sofa are passed over in silence. When we reported it, we were told by the team that they should have left the sofa at the loading site because it was too complicated to leave our house. The finding of breakage of this sofa had the effect of annoying the team leader who left the premises by saying he knew they would be "bored" with this story ... Very pro like answer .. . !!! Also when loading our move, the walls were damaged. During the settlement "amicable" litigation, the leader negotiated against us and with bad faith, adding that our move was "difficult and complicated"! Finally, unpleasant telephone reception staff from the moment we have requested to take care of our damaged business. We strongly advise against this sign.
