I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS STORE! Very unhappy with the way we are viewed. We entered the store at 6:25 p.m. while it closes at 7:00 p.m., and the 2 salespeople there were in full cleaning, so already had the feeling of disturbing and not a hello or even a glance at us ! After 10min when I needed advice I ended up going to "disturb" (that's the feeling I had) the saleswoman who was vacuuming to ask her for help. Namely that I had called before coming for a 30min drive to the store to be sure they had stock (something I was told). And there she tells me that the product that interests me is not in stock but on order with 10 days of delay. But the product on display is for sale so I kindly ask if they put a price on it given the already high price, response from the saleswoman "no you need the agreement of the manager who is absent!" ok very well, I still decide to take it since I need it and I ask to put it in its box to buy it, the saleswoman tells me that they no longer have the box. So I ask her again, given the price and the fact that it is the exhibition model and that the box is missing to have a small gesture, she categorically refuses, telling me that she must have the agreement of her manager So basically when the manager is not there, it is not worth coming because the sellers are only good at selling and not more and moreover have only one desire it is quickly to hire . I clearly felt like I was boring them and came home angry without the equipment for my little one. Not beginners at all nor even friendly. My mom and sister had the same feeling 2 weeks ago while going there. No wonder the Orchestra brand is gradually closing its stores when you see how you are received! It is clear that I would not return to Romorantin.

How to say ? My mother went to the store for a pregnancy cushion that we had spotted on your website. We finally didn't find it in store but the saleswoman advised us to place our order on the internet, which we did. THE MISTAKE NOT TO BE MADE !!!!!! I make my order, they cash very quickly but 4 days after I am told that the product is not available so that the refund will be automatically on my account. 2 weeks later, ALWAYS RIIIIIIIIIIEN! Non-existent and unreachable customer service, your so-called cat and on messaging .......... First and last time at home!
