Purchase of a used Moto F800 GT in July. Very professional first contact, a very available salesperson. This good impression therefore encourages "to attempt" the purchase despite the distance and the impossibility of checking the condition of the vehicle. Upon receipt, via carrier chartered by the dealership, finding of an anomaly in the headlight optics. This defect is not covered by the warranty. After various contacts with the aforementioned salesperson = No more response to my repair request. Regrettable attitude. I expected more from a BMW dealership. We learn from our mistakes.
