Arrived on time on time, I was taken care of 12:30 p.m. ... just to drop off my keys and collect a courtesy vehicle (i3 requested, I had a BVM diesel SUV) ... once the invoice was paid, we had to ask to have the maintenance book stamped. The team are friendly and knowledgeable, but they are clearly overwhelmed. Avoid if your time is short
