saleswoman unable to find the items that were available on the internet and that I wanted to order to have them delivered to the store and thus avoid shipping costs. Articles supposedly out of stock that I found on the internet and ordered by paying the shipping costs, of course. I will avoid going back there and continue to order directly on the internet!
