Really disappointed with this store! Yet I love the brand but this shop is really a disaster, 3 times I have come to find spare diapers to put on my changing mat there are not! Just like the bores, or the choice of baby boy sleeping bag in size birth or 1 month. So yes there are products but it is clearly not necessary to have precise ideas of what you are looking for. I might come back if one day the store is managed differently!

I went to the store to buy an umbrella bed. I came across a very competent and professional saleswoman. She is remarkably kind. I wish her good luck.

Mitigating manager does not listen and tries to sell us products with additional sale I was looking for her 3 times whereas from the beginning I had told her that I wanted information. Four things. To finally make me say you have customer service, we don't sell a co-sleeping ... Visit to store Thursday, December 12! The young saleswoman, very pleasant but all alone in the store, does her best to satisfy customers. She had to call twice her manager so that she finally came after 20 good minutes !! It was hidden in the local EDF to do I don't know what! And when she finally shows up, she doesn't get anywhere and doesn't even know what she has in store! Finally, to top it all off, 10 minutes to fold up a travel cot !!! Either we replace it or you won't see me much! Too bad, 1st grandson who arrives in the coming days !!
