Go ahead knowing exactly which SKU you are going to buy as the sellers obviously have no skills. We came to buy fine mortar knowing that it was not our trade (a touch-up requested for a client) we asked the sellers for advice. Once the order had been placed and paid for, we realized at the goods yard that the seller had ordered sandbags ... we corrected the situation with the yard seller by specifying that we needed to FIN mortar. What a joy arrived at the site and after having the bags to notice that it is about coarse mortar with large size gravel. Impossible to use as it is, impossible to bring back because the bag is open, And a monumental time wasted on the site trying to catch up by sifting. Thanks for your advices ! It will teach us to go to a platform next to the site rather than the usual one.
