Carrelage distribution

Following an order placed in May and fully paid, upon receipt of the order we noticed that part of the tiles received did not correspond to the one we wanted due to a reference error in the labeling. We were offered a refund which to date has still not been made for over 2 months. We are very disappointed with the quality of service.

At first glance Welcoming, Sympathetic, but unfortunately no reimbursement if there is too much material. Even if the error is 50/50. A commercial gesture made by all competitors.
