Very disappointing, order of 4 pairs of curtains with confection at the end of August, deadline announced on September 26th. On September 25th, I was informed of a defect in the fabric, which extended the reception by three weeks. Then more news to inform me of the arrival, I go to the store on October 27, the saleswoman announces to me that the curtains have arrived, but that the tiebacks are missing. I ask why I was not warned, and the sputtering, unclear explanation. The saleswoman goes to look for the parcel in reserve, and when opening which has not been carried out beforehand for control, she notices that the order is complete! An order of more than 1200 euros. I was contacted the next day, following my visit, the saleswoman expressed my dissatisfaction to her manager and a commercial gesture was offered to me.
