Veterinary Clinic Saint Roch

To flee !!!!!! I called for an emergency and obviously the veterinarian on duty should not be disturbed; I was sent for a walk by a lady who is disconcertingly friendly .... (maybe she was eating her soup); in short, I went there and there I come across a "veterinarian" who not only looks down on people and who does not hesitate to take down his colleagues (and yes apparently he is the best); Not judging the case of my important animal I got sent but nevertheless made me go through the cash register; (well yes if we can put our pockets in the pockets without doing too much, do not hesitate !!!!!). no empathy, moreover, this gentleman (because I can not even say this vet because it is far from being one in my eyes), did not believe me when I explained the symptoms and the discomfort of my animal; (I felt like going out at night just to take a walk); he spoke to me like a 5 year old kid; this incompetent made me lose my little dog; I do not recommend this "clinic" to anyone, even to have your animal vaccinated ...... they are just interested in money, but animals and their health I have a huge doubt !!!!!!!

An extremely kind welcome from the reception secretary who received us on Monday, August 24, at 8:00 am, and the whole team on site who admirably took care of our kitten KIRA. special mention to Dr. A. Thank you to us for taking care of our little dog urgently yesterday. Distraught on a Saturday 6 p.m. looking for an emergency vet, we were waited for time to bring our animal back. We are happy with his support.
