C not an agency c a very zero disaster ...

More than a year for an account closure !!! Three registered shipments well received but we are told that NOTHING has been done! Of course we take account fees! The documents would have been misplaced !! Who are we laughing at ? Home nullisime by a lady who tells us coldly that anyway she turns in agencies to help and she knows nothing! Zero banking agency, no service no customer respect and no professionalism!

This agency is just a DISASTER! it's been over a year since I do everything to close my account with them ... I do not see the end of this situation seriously starting to become surreal. No line to join the agency, no follow-up, they lose everything must redo everything 10 times it is shameful. No professionalism ANYTHING they do not care royally world !!
