Seller very professional, lacking some knowledge of the product when I bought my new Fiesta which was not consistent with what had been said. But the worries were solved on the spot. Two three odds like fasteners below the box missing gloves with garnish hanging, for a new car is a bit of a joke. Second Fiesta bought used, small problems solved. No complaints.

We were however well received at the start. Once the car was purchased, the problems started. We noticed several problems with the car and Mr. Goualc'h showed bad faith and great nastiness. My husband was called a liar ... even before they took care to find the source of the problem. In addition, we had subscribed to the privilege guarantee but the contact number appearing on the contract is not assigned. Very dishonest method!
