They are two very professional vets. They are always reachable. Except very exceptionally. The prices are very good. A little parenthesis, I recently moved very far from the practice, my cat fell from the 4th floor, I had to go urgently to a clinic near my home, the bill was very very very salty, I called them , and they followed my cat from afar, indeed told me that it was very expensive and we ask for all the documents, radio ... And suddenly, I managed to lower the bill thanks to their involvement . (it is still salty but 600 euros less, it's huge) They are very attentive and very well looking after the animals.

My cat passed away a few weeks ago and the vet who received me showed no empathy or compassion. Losing her pet is a very difficult time to go through and I didn't even have the right to have even a minute alone with my cat to say goodbye. In addition, I paid, dear, for my cat to be cremated individually in order to retrieve the urn to bury it, the cabinet was not even able to correctly transmit my cat's information and I now find myself with a ballot box and a death certificate on which my cat's first name is not correctly written. I was outraged by the cabinet's lack of respect for me and my cat, as well as my sadness and mourning. EDIT: Since I cannot reply to your comment directly, I am modifying my basic comment to let you know that my cat was not knocked down. When I arrived at the clinic my cat had unfortunately already died.

Vets invested in their work taking their time with animals and their owners! Highly recommended.
