We bought a vehicle in early July 2020 delivered 3 weeks later ... Promised work not done Timing belt supposedly made, invoice never received After calling several times we miraculously received the second key in the mail 2 months later. Error in registering the vehicle registration document still not corrected, we are still waiting for the new registration document Attention game of actors between colleagues to pretend to be customers interested in the vehicle you want to buy Crazy and unprofessional staff !!

I bought a BMW from Simplicicar Le Raincy, The rather old vehicle needed a new clutch slave cylinder and despite the after sales service they reimbursed me for it. William is nice, and he keeps his word. The company with all my confidence, thank you again 🤙

The model I found with them is perfect for me so no regrets but I must say that I was surprised by the lack of involvement of sellers in learning about the models they sell. My technical questions have often gone unanswered. The most striking thing is the fact that the version of the model I bought, indicated in the sales documents, was not the right one (9 speeds on paper but 7 in real life).
