We should invent the "0" star because it is already too much. I knew this snack before the change of ownership. But there, a real disaster! I don't even understand recent positive reviews, or they are fake reviews. My order was supposed to arrive at 8:45 p.m., the delivery guy calls me to tell me he's downstairs, except he's not at the right address. I tell him where my building is, 7 minutes later not seeing him arrive, I call him back and tell me that he has made a half turn (7 minutes! While he is supposed to be right down there! could have climbed on foot but no ...) Anyway, the ups and downs do not stop there: I call him back to find out where he is, except that he puts me on mail. I call the restaurant, even worse, the person doesn't even speak French, a real pain. Finally, the delivery guy arrives at 9:20 pm, I remind you that he is supposed to be downstairs, of course the fries were more than cold. I decline the order and tell myself that he is just the delivery person and is not taking the order back. He goes away without hearing anything, with an ungrateful attitude and disrespect. I've never seen this in my life! Come on, I'll shorten the novel: if you want to choke yourself on pieces of plastic in milkshakes, run into a delivery guy who lacks education and has no sense of direction then you are in for this snack from counterfeiting. Change jobs guys, you really are not made for this.
