Client for 10 years. The change of surname does not affect the quality of the FIAT branch in Pithiviers. Mr. Burel is a salesman who wants to sell but who does not force his hand. I appreciate his way of doing things. I am loyal to the Fiat group cars (Alfa and Fiat). The used vehicle purchased was very well prepared ... and I am very demanding on the interior and exterior cleanliness of the cars. The workshop team is a sure bet! To conclude, driving in Italian is to ride different and have class.

Update of my previous comment: We ended up finding a solution to receive my part two days later by taking the original part. Old comment: It's been a month and a half that I am supposed to receive a part (which should arrive in 3 weeks). When I call to ask for news I am told "I don't know". And when I ask if there is another solution for my part I am told no. I then ask if it is possible to order another one, again the answer is no. Really disappointed because more than 1 month without a car it starts to be annoying. And the month of August at home.

Since the takeover in 2018 it's worth 0, makes fun of the world, not pro, not hardworking, to really flee ... there are other dealers sometimes better to change brand or to do a few kilometers ...

Not a pro at all. Worth 0 star. I had been waiting for 2 weeks to buy a used Mercedes, I was the first on the spot, I stayed in contact with the Pithiviers salesperson who guaranteed to call me as soon as she was ready. Oh surprise the day the car is ready, a colleague from Gien calls me first to make an appointment to bring Gien's car back to Pithiviers so that I can finally buy it, then calls me back to finally tell me that it was sold the same morning .. that's serious !!!! 2 weeks lost in my search for a car.
