Very bad experience. Buying a Meriva which turns out to have only problems. The door no longer closes 3 months and a week after purchase. It emerges a hack of the garage. Ford C max bought in 11/2019. A real purchase from a naive single woman facing an unscrupulous car salesman. No maintenance book, and without any surprise big problems to the key. Unable to reach the garage in July. I even thought it had closed! In short, a cliché experience

If I had known ... Vehicle purchased in March 2020, the day of purchase the car does not start, it clamps the battery ok. 2 3 weeks later I go to work and the rebelote, obliged to go bought pliers, difficult to contact him, because open only in the afternoon why I do not know ... he provided a new battery but to change in another garage, good ok ... and 1 month after light that comes on, glow plug to be changed but not covered by the warranty ... great ... 1 month again after a nail in a tire, I want to go put a wick, and the garage says it impossible the tire is worn and crumbled nothing to do .. forced to change 2 tires. And this week in October 2020, a bulb indicator light comes on, the brake light no longer works on the right, we dismantled everything ect, water infiltration in the headlight, we changed the bulbs but nothing was done. .... the domino is borderline oxidized .... frankly to flee !!!! I bought a car in a rush because I have no choice but to frankly look elsewhere !!!! With the covid and my purchase in March, no warranty extension even though the garage was closed for a while and then opened half-time !!!

Vehicle purchased from Jse automobile. Coming back from the garage DAY OF PURCHASE a witness is displayed on the dashboard. Since problems with the vehicle. Obviously the seller was aware of the defects. Some repairs were made by this garage but many problems were added. The car is now unusable after 5 months (including two months of confinement). The 3 month warranty is now exceeded. You just have to read the dissatisfaction messages below to understand, something that I did not do before of course. I put all my savings in this car. I now drive in an old vehicle for lack of money to buy another.
