Interesting place to buy imported vehicles at a fair price. Met with a nice young sales guy. Also a place to find US cars (not same company in the building).

I ordered the new Seat Leon from E-MOTORS TOURS which was delivered to me within the estimated period. The staff is pleasant, they remain at your disposal and at your service. The only downside was the fact that I had ordered the car in black but it arrived in Blue. They had contacted me all the same when they noticed the "problem", luckily it came across a color which was part of one of my choices, if not it would have been necessary to re-order and wait again 4 months . They directly offered a commercial gesture about this color change. Nothing to say about their customer relations 👍

the photos and the description of the vehicle purchased do not match and it is impossible to reach the seller !!!! the seller had confirmed to me the options of the vehicle and that it was of French origin. How do you explain that the photos on your site and the right corner are not the right ones? as an automotive professional we have not benefited from any pricing conditions. Do not buy without checking and physically seeing your new car !!!!!!

Attention danger. I bought a jaguar XE from emotors tours in February. The start and stop and the white line crossing warning device did not work. I send them a registered letter to let them know and ask them to take care of the repair. They tell me that it is a common fault with jaguar and that therefore it is not their responsibility. Then I realize that the air conditioning does not work in June. Despite the guarantee I still have 600 euros to pay out of my pocket because everything is not taken care of. Today it is the alarm that goes off to signal that my belt is not attached with the bell that goes with it, while my belt is well attached ... know that in the event of a breakdown the costs will be payable your charge because the warranty does not take everything. So I will have my car appraised and sue them in court. Beware of this obviously dishonest company, which the manager refuses to call me back. I also just contacted 60 million consumers and CFUs to choose from to get them interested in this topic and this business. May you not have the same disappointment and the same problems as me ...
