Good morning all, very bad experience at American Dreams. The import of a dodge ram started in December 2020 (arrived in France in February), and I still do not have the vehicle registration document to date, 9 months after its arrival in France. I would go without explaining the story and any issues that were encountered (unless American Dreams wanted to), but having had a really bad experience with my first import, I don't want anyone to go through the same scenario. The reception is good, we feel the "Passion" side, but for the purchase of such a vehicle we expect a "professional" service. There are enough companies that import not to take the risk of experiencing such a bad situation ...
