ask for Cédric if you need anything at the technical reception. and if you want to buy a car Christophe is your guy (he is a great salesman) the front réception is nice even though the woman never say hi when she see me but now that i think about it not everybody says hello when you're inside. Overall they have a great technical support for your vehicle I've always been satisfied after getting my car back. and also all the car they have is automatic except for one if you want it you have to ask for it otherwise they will not give it to you because they only have one😉

Best experience ever. We got there while we were visiting the castles around. Our 21 years old car started making a “clonk clonk” metallic sound. They asked us about the problem and 30sec after they checked the car! Finally the car is ok, surprisingly it stopped making the sound and they didn’t bill us! I would recommend this Bmw dealer to anyone, the service is PERFECT and the STAFF very professional 👌🏽

No complaints about the mechanical service, efficient and accommodating. The sales department on the other hand is disappointing and seems to operate at the head of the customer, we are made to feel that we are not taken seriously. Edit: Three months after obviously never contacted by the sales representative who was to offer me a test, I will have made my purchase from another premium manufacturer, too bad.
