I made an appointment for this test. When we arrived the saleswoman walked past us 4 times to talk to other customers without even saying hello or a polite phrase to make us wait. The boss in quiet discussion with someone at his desk, without a mask, did not look up. The saleswoman did not know anything about it and the appointment was not prepared since the working condition of the car had not been checked. Professional work, then!
