I bought a cap for my son last year after 10 days spent in April in Paris, the cap had no more colors. I bought 2 backpacks for high school, the first had the closure which dropped after a few months of use and the second the strap was unstitched after 2 days and the closure after a day ...... I'm happy with the jacket and the pants. I appreciate fast free delivery throughout Europe.

One employee who was well absorbed in his phone! One again !! Even noticed the customers! Disappointing

I bought ski pants in February 2019. After 2 days of skiing a loose seam an unlikely place. I call the store immediately to find out how we can work out. They offer me to sew the pants and bring them back after my stay. What I do. I drop them at the end of March after my stay. I am told "we take care of the repair with our seamstresses and within 2 weeks it will be ready." After 2 weeks no news. I call them and they tell me no news of seamstresses. I remember like that every week until today. And one day I'm told that he never left the store and that if it's disjointed it's my fault. It is true that I will pay 200 euros pants and have fun to fight! What a good idea ! Customer service really bad. No customer support while I am a good customer at home. I really do not recommend this store and even more if you have a manufacturing problem. Not even a customer gesture. Unpleasant employees who respond very badly to customers.
