Fabulous and craftsmanship - Delicious and exclusive cakes and tartines. We visit during our 5-day stay in the Jura and would love to have a Patisserie like this in our home town.

when I need a refined dessert (especially for the end of year celebrations), no hesitation: I go to Nicolas Galmiche. His wife and saleswoman are always very friendly and of good advice. As for the boss, he never resists making us taste what he is making at the moment. The chocolates are excellent and the almond brioches ... "a slaughter"!
