Here I can not be clearer I go in dealership requested an update of my gearbox for a blow of 115 euros normally! before arriving at the dealership, I told the receptionist that there is a noise on the tensioner roller! they put the car in the garage to update me, they sprinkle the gearbox filler nut and worn not being able to level, the dealership does not want to update the gearbox for me.
"She doesn't want to take responsibility" for updating the box.
Charges me 92 euros to tell me that the nut is worn and that the turbo hose is leaking! No mechanics made on it just findings that cost me 92 euros. and I left without updating the software in my box! coffee is expensive. Not commercial at all!

I came to this dealership to carry out a € 1,400 repair (2h30 intervention) on a Volvo:
- no loan vehicle (linked to COVID)
- invoicing of disinfection costs (linked to COVID)
Yesterday I went to BMW, for an invoice of around 240 €:
- loan vehicle for 3 hours without any worries
- no additional costs related to disinfection
- they even washed my car for free
Bottom line: stop charging high end prices when the service is not, but then not at all, up to par.
