As you can see from my profile, I rarely leave negative reviews, let alone just one star. However, our experience with Roc-Eclerc has been so bad that I think this is warranted. At one of the most difficult times in my girlfriend's life, they offered no comfort or reassurance. Indeed, the attitude of some of the staff towards her after she had just lost her father was extremely condescending and rude, which I found shocking and shameful. Even setting aside the deplorable attitude of the staff, Roc-Eclerc also failed to demonstrate even the minimum skill expected of a funeral director. The information provided was often not clear and conflicting statements were made by various staff. I strongly advise you to go elsewhere.
