I went there for a dry wash and the lady advised against it because the down jacket was in danger of being damaged, I did not have to deal with their services but a professional advice not seeking profit and a clean and tidy shop, as it was can only lead to a quality service.

Very disapointed. I put on a brand new coat and the dry cleaners destroyed the ties at the sleeves and at the waist. In addition, the person tells me that it can happen because they do not know if it is cardboard or plastic but it seems to me that in doubt it is enough to remove them. I find this limit for professionals. No commercial gesture following this error which really damaged a very expensive coat to buy. I would not stay there again.
