La Mie Câline

The preparation of the sandwiches leaves much to be desired, 2 times my chicken ciabatta are dry and poorly supplied! I was a regular at the channel but the one from Castres is to be avoided! ! The service also leaves something to be desired (we have the impression of disturbing them).

Faithful to the brand, I am very above this bakery -Hygiene: leaves something to be desired when we see cigarette butts on the ground behind their counter. -Service: accustomed to the sign, I announce that I take three take-out menus, despite that, it had to be confirmed three times to the seller, as well as twice that are menus, and twice drinks. When we ask her for desserts, if we have the misfortune to add one that is not on the menu, Madame is lost. - Their terrace chairs are to be changed, in the state they are in, we wonder if we are going to fall. -Perhaps training in hygiene and customer reception would be necessary !!!

The most: it is often open. Sandwiches are expensive for what they are. The candied tomato pesto bagel contains only 4 half tomatoes ... I find that exaggerated for more than 6 €. 4 salad leaves and 6 diced feta .... The cookies are good, but fortunately considering the price. The bread and baguettes are quickly hard in less than a day it becomes unpleasant and concrete.

Very good but very expensive for non-artisanal.
