They came to my home for a delivery but I was away I went to their depot to collect my merchandise I was very well received by the reception staff and the same in the depot to change this behind The only thing we can blame them for know the telephone service which costs an arm to reach them and that no one answers the phone too bad if not it is good

To flee ! Companies should do without their services. Delivery received on time except that the package was not ours. So I called geodis st omer. They hung up on me. I called back a second time: I was told that I was not at Geodis Saint Omer but at the Geodis group. The gentleman told me he was going to handle my worry. So I called geodis st omer a third time and there the lady told me that her colleague is managing my problem. The second time I was so good at geodis st omer! In short ! The driver returned to the depot, I did not have my package the same day. It was left the next morning but in very bad condition: cardboard torn off with knives and the sofa stained with black. I really do not recommend this group. The previous time, the delivery man had not arrived on the date indicated. I've been waiting all day. The company did not even warn me that the driver would not be coming. It finally came the next working day without my being informed of its passage.

A very expensive delivery service that does not make the slightest effort to allow the delivery of packages. Delivery interval of one day, no call from the driver while he is 20 meters away from the house blocked by a construction site while there is another road to deliver me (and this twice despite the specific instructions left)
