Company which does not deliver on the scheduled day and which has the nerve to say that I was absent !!!
When you call them, you are billed 80cts of euro per minute, endless waiting and call cut before having an interlocutor !!
It is a strategy of crooks ... We tell you that we deliver on such and such a day ... As no one delivers, you contact them and you pay a fortune without having an answer !!! I wish them a good bankruptcy !!
the "delivery man" did not even bother to show up at my home, I received a text message stating that I was not present during their "attempted delivery" with a photo at the support ... problem I was very present at my home, and the photo (taken on the fly from the truck ...) is not a photo of my house but of a house taken at random in the city. ... only alternative to reschedule next day delivery ... and / or a call on their premium rate number to explain the problem (no solution on D-day of course ...) in the end, great delivery by the delivery man who is either equipped with a gps from the 80s, either had the laud to deliver the package while it was 100 meters from my home ... professionalism and honesty zero ...

A real service!
I bought live animals, he was responsible for delivering it to me both times they came in the day I was unfortunately not there because of work he had to call me before arriving on the phone
In the evening the only alternative according to their purpose was to bring the animals alive to the vet to kill them, without even knowing if there was another knowledge solution of near their home or other.
After a tense phone conversation I managed to convince them to wait for me and 30 minutes later I was at home I got my animals alive and saved a year of savings to pay for these racing pigeons .
I am very disappointed with their performance
Nice driver. Help to carry the package. No notice of passage by email sms or such. Luckily I had the follow-up of delivery and especially ke I was free that day because to inform on follow-up ke the same morning ....
