Pay attention to appointment scheduling: 1 / I received an SMS on 09/09/2020 telling me to consult a website to make an appointment, except that on this site the appointment was already set for the same day! Fortunately, I can choose another date, so I choose 09/11/2020. (Be careful, the SMS strongly looks like spam! You risk ignoring it ... I almost ...) 2 / on 09/11/2020, I make sure with Coupé Fils that the delivery date has been taken into account because no appointment confirmation by SMS or email, and there I learn that the delivery is scheduled for 09/11/2020 but that it will not take place because "there was no more room in the truck"! (as I was told !!!) 3 / I protest against the switchboard operator who has nothing more to say than it is for nothing that it is not her who loads the trucks. Obviously I explain to him that I conceive it but that it is not professional to arrange an appointment (we organize ourselves to take leave, we hang around) to finally be told that there is no has no room in the truck! 4 / I am offered another meeting and there I ask him: "to do as today to warn me then that there is no room in the truck ?!" so finally she tells me that she adds the imperative mention. Same day delivery. No problem on that side, but what a lack of professionalism towards individuals ... Make sure the same day of your delivery that your package has been put in the truck! otherwise you risk waiting for nothing and demand that the date of the appointment is imperative and not to the chance of the remaining place in the truck. I inform the company from which I bought the sofa not to deal with Coupé Fils anymore.

It's simple the hostess told me to close it because I dared to complain about the fact that I had waited a day for nothing and that they had not bothered to warn me, in short they are all as bad as each other, the administrative as well as the rest. The show continued, it was due on Thursday, no news and then no news on Friday. I remember, sure they had to spend Monday and nothing. I call back and there may be Thursday. That's three days off posed to wait. who says better ?

Catastrophic, after two appointments where I was asked a rabbit, still no one on the horizon (6 days late, who could say better?). I just didn't really know what to do with my days… (irony) I would like to take this opportunity to leave you this little comment that adds to the long list of unhappy customers.

Customer service 0. 25 min wait on the phone 3 contacts and in the end "oh well no they made the wrong contact, I can't answer you, you have to call back!" All that to know if a delivery arrives this morning or this afternoon. Lousy!

Appointment problem. Appointment taken on Friday between 8h and 17h except at 12h phone call to say that the delivery man is overflowing so new appointment taken for the following Monday and at noon I receive an SMS to confirm the appointment on Tuesday ... big fuck mouth. Inadmissible in the sense that you have to be present during the day so you have to make arrangements at work and in the end it is to postpone the appointment ... very much on I hope to receive my order on Tuesday.
