Super Boulangerie / Patisserie: good, quality, choice, new! The pastries are TOP! Friendly welcome. Just a downside that I wanted to bring up. My husband had made the remark to me several times and I could see it for myself. Although the person who serves is pleasant, he does not know what to offer as a cake or pie when we want to order! She quickly offers the classics: cream pies, fruit tarts .... although I know very well that the pastry chef is inventive !!! She indicates that she finds out what is there when it is on the shelf. In short, she does not know what there is to sell in pastry shops and therefore does not offer. It is rather boring in the case of an order! We are often disappointed, by the lack of advice, when we leave the bakery after ordering pastry. We don't know if it's related to the waitress or the organization. This is the only point that needs to be reviewed! Well done for the work done over the years! Hope you will take our remark into consideration. Best regards.
